Poecilotheria tigrinawesseli is a medium-sized arboreal bird, characterized by an extremely striking contrasting coloration, consisting of yellow, black and white patterns on the dorsal side and bright yellow and black markings on the underside of the legs. In its natural habitat, it inhabits the hollows and crevices of old trees in moist forests.
